Having stayed in these units back before the facelift, i happen to know for a fact that, since the walls were not completely removed durring the remodel, there is no earthly amount of pest control that could have fully addressed the level of infestation that this property is notorious for, however i was desperate and limited in my options when i attempted to move in....when confronted with the "no guarantee of approval" $210 application fee, i laughed myself off the property and got a long term airbnb in a nice clean house for roughly the same rate as their rent. $210 to find out if i am allowed to live with more roaches and rodents than humans as neighbors? Hard pass.

This is a long review, so don't skip everything and expect to get the full picture okay? I'm on Day Four here, and I feel scammed. I was desperate and needed a place to rent, they "couldn't display the unit," but have no qualms against moving you into a place with roaches galore and holes in the flooring and walls. I will continue to post until I don't have roaches in my oven. Two weeks and they still aren't doing jack. WE CONTINUE to keep PAYING for treatment, but they aren't doing the correct treatments in order to remove them. They are trying to fumigate the cabinets, but that is clearly not the issue in my apartment. The problem is that there are holes everywhere! Holes! Open cavities of air! That's where bugs go. 🙄 It was ready to sell to me though. I believe this is my 6th or 7th

They are quick to schedule you an appointment to come look at the apartment but I don't want an apartment if I can't have my animal with me. The staff is very nice and efficient. The apartment is clean and well kept. Move in was very easy.

Initially I moved in and found roach eggs everywhere in the seams of the cabinets (first red flag), but since I had already committed there wasn’t time to turn back. Moving forward, I had a fan in my restroom that didn’t work at all. Management told me they would look at it and assess the situation. When I went in the management changed so I brought it to their attention and was reassured it would be resolved. After waiting a while, nobody came to fix the fan. I went to bring it to their attention and the people either weren’t there or made excuses as to why i couldn’t talk to management. I went straight to the maintenance guys to get it resolved and they told me they would. Time goes by and still nothing.
