1. Huge management turn over, at least 5 times in the last 12 months. 2. Very hard to get hold of any one. No one in the office answer the phone. 3. Gated community is a joke. Gates are wide open at least 10 hours a day coz staffs don't want to answer phone when guest dail at gate, so management left open the gate open during office hours. Management is put the community and residents in safety risk. 4. Community is not up keeping, maintenance staffs not follow thru, lights been broken for more the 6 months. Gate entrance been left wide open for year. 5. The list goes on ...

They deleted my previous review. Horrible management.

We have lived for 3 years in this community, the apartments are very nice but the association changes a lot of staff, they do not attend with pleasure, we have been waiting 2 months for the DEPOSIT to be returned to us, which they discounted a very unfair amount! very bad management of the administrative part! They do not give a solution and they do not do your job correctly! Vivimos ppr 3 años en esta comunidad, los apartamentos muy bonitos pero la asociacion cambia muchobde personal, no atienden con agrado, llevamos esperando 2 meses para que nos regresen el DEPÓSITO el cual nos descontaron una cantidad muy injusta! muy mal manejo de la parte administrativa! no dan solucion y no hacen su trabajo correctamente!

Viví durante un año la atención al cliente es súper mala, los trabajadores de mantenimiento son groseros con los inquilinos, el personal de la no cumplen con los horarios de la de apertura de la casa club, piscina, el complejo es bonito pero se estaba deteriorando por falta de mantenimiento, el sistema que utilizan de recolección de basura es ineficiente, Me pidieron 1400 dólares de depósito que nunca entendí ya que mi crédito estaba por encima de los 690 y hasta el día de hoy no me lo han regresado.
