Altis Little Havana Apartments

After two weeks at Altis Little Havana, it already feels like home. We’ve loved waking up in our unit with the views of Calle Ocho and the Brickell skyline. There’s something special about being in the heart of Little Havana while still having our little piece of privacy. Our apartment's layout is amazing. It feels open, functional, and thoughtfully designed, and the finishes make the space feel modern and comfortable. Finding something pet-friendly was a must for our search, and Altis just checked all of the boxes. The property is maintained incredibly well, the amenities are great, and the proximity to downtown makes my commute a breeze. We’re genuinely grateful we found Altis and excited to start this next chapter here.

I’ve been living in this apartment for a while, but what I’ve experienced over the last three weeks has been unbelievable. My bathroom has been completely destroyed, and I haven’t been able to take a proper shower this entire time. I’ve emailed the management team multiple times and have received zero responses. Whenever I speak to them in person, they just tell me “next week,” yet the repair keeps getting pushed back with no real updates or solutions. On top of that, the maintenance team left open holes in my bathroom, which has now allowed bugs and even lizards to enter my apartment. It’s unacceptable and feels like the place is falling apart. He went above and beyond to make our tour fun, informative, and genuinely personalized. It was never rushed, always attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I rarely leave reviews, but after living here for some time, I feel future residents should know what to expect. The elevators are constantly breaking down—and when I say constantly, I mean it’s a never-ending cycle. If one elevator isn’t out of service, the other one is. This creates daily inconveniences, long waits, and real issues for anyone carrying groceries, with children, or with mobility concerns. The amenities that are advertised as selling points are also frequently unavailable. The jacuzzi has been closed multiple times due to ongoing maintenance problems, and the barbecue area is often out of order as well. I had a very positive experience with Altis Little Havana and Jorge, the staff member I interacted with. From the initial call to schedule a viewing, Jorge was professional, punctual, and very informative. He provided clear and detailed explanations without being overwhelming and gave a pleasant, thorough tour of the facility. His professionalism and courteous approach left a great impression on me. While I am still considering whether to rent, Jorge’s exemplary service will definitely influence my decision. Highly recommend!
