Okay, a little story time about this apartment complex. We were gaslighted for from apartment complex. Prior to this one we were down to our last couple of days and we had to move in immediately. Hannah was so accommodating. She literally did everything she said she was going to do and got us approve within a week which literally felt like a couple of days to us. We appreciate the staff and their urgency to get us to move in. We are more than blessed and happy to be a part of this apartment community thanks to staff at altera apartments. Me and my wife both needed to be at our place as soon as possible prior to applying to this apartment complex. The fact that they put an urgency on it and heard our story didn't gaslight us. Let us know what the real situation is is all that we ask for and

She is one of the most hardworking and kind-spirited leasing professionals I’ve ever encountered. Brenda is soft-spoken yet incredibly strong and reliable. I’ve personally seen her go above and beyond — from assisting residents and handling office duties to maintaining the courtyards and grounds — all while keeping a warm smile on her face. She has always been approachable, understanding, and patient, even during moments when I felt frustrated with the apartments. The customer service at Alterra Apartments was exceptional, especially with Brenda and Hannah. They have been so wonderful in helping me with anything I needed, so respectful and caring. I would recommend anyone speaking with them, they will get things done !

Terrible place to live. Two major cross streets. Rancho and Decatur right there! Outside your home. So you have heavy traffic, at your door step. With loud engines and super noisy sound systems. Coming from traffic. Day and night 24/7. Not only is the location horrible. The unit's are also very shotty. You can hear peoples conversations, foot steps as well as whatever television program is playing atm. Really poor unit quality. Can be found at alterra apartments. The sound of running appliances. Toilets being flushed. Showers turning off and on. The build I am in the walls and floors are so paper thin. Speak too loud and someone may hear you. So quiet enjoyment and privacy. Is pretty much non existent.

I would like to recognize Brenda in the front office. She goes above and beyond to make sure the community runs smoothly. She always has a smile on her face, an upbeat attitude, and a can do mindset. Hire more people like her.
