Altera Apartments

I’ve had a great experience at Alterra Apartments. The property is always clean and well-maintained, which really makes a difference in day-to-day living. The manager is absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. It’s clear that the entire place is taken care of with attention to detail. I highly recommend Alterra Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to call home.

Do not move here! Entire building is full of bedbugs and ants. Poor management and maintenance. Walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors talk. People living in their cars in the parking lot. Outlets only work sometimes. 10/10 would not reccomend. EDIT: Don't let the management comment fool you. I've called and emailed them from the information provided in their comment of my review and have had zero response. Also as of today they have turned the buildings water off with no notice to tenants. This place needs to be shut down.

Ive been trying to report serious mold and roaches in one of the units but no one is assisting me.

The apartments are well located, but when we gave notice of moving out, started to give it low priority they didn't respond to emails with questions. Also, the last maintenance man was very rude to guests if you asked to do anything in the apartment.

Place was plenty big for what I paid, I had a 1-bedroom w/ WD stack. Loved the hardwood floors, spacious living/dining rooms and bedroom. Numbered parking spaces which is awesome. Pretty quiet neighborhood, there's a school down the street so lots of families in the area. Cars race by at night but there's a stop sign also right down the street so we didn't get the worst of it! WSG was a flat fee which is nice, I know some places divide each building's total usage amongst the tenants which isn't fair so it's good to just have a flat monthly rate. People keep to themselves, no one ever bothered me or anything, no infestations or water/flood issues, I believe all of my appliances were new as the single-story unit (front) was remodeled last summer when I moved in.
