Altera 3100 studios has a pool, on-site laundry, bark park, with 24/7 security, maintenance, and management within a budget. What more can you ask for? They also host resident events all the time!

I’ve been staying here for about few months now and I can say that I’ve enjoyed every second of it. The staff are very respectful and helpful. The neighbors are very nice and courteous. Kirsten has been a great help to me from the beginning. (Sorry I submitted the review so late lol)

I would recommend this place to any college student who is fresh in the city looking for an affordable place to live by yourself. This is a cozy quaint place to make it your own, I have appreciated my time here and also the staff best; management that I have ever came encounter with. They were diligent, informative, very nice, and understanding to any delicate matter that may occur. I truly appreciate them!

I thoroughly enjoy living here. The application and leasing process was very easy. The location is nice, walking distance form the gym, grocery store, and pool on site. Rent is affordable and the office staff is always friendly and available. Inquiries and concerns are always addressed quickly and with kindness. One night my ac unit had stopped working and a whole new unit was put in the same night.
