I truly have only great things to say about living here. I’m very grateful that maintenance always completes my service requests in a timely manner. When I first moved in and had questions about my rent or statements, someone was always quick to respond, which I really appreciated. I also genuinely enjoy my neighbors — everyone is extremely friendly and always willing to help when needed. The location is another big plus, with easy access to the highway and surrounding areas. The only small concern I’ve noticed is having just one trash bin, but I do appreciate how quickly it’s cleaned up whenever it fills, so it’s never been a major issue. We’ve been living here for 4 years, now, and have really enjoyed our time. The staff, especially Amanda and Jose, have been incredibly helpful, whether it’s answering questions and providing positive support from Amanda, or Jose’s lightning quickness to resolve any maintenance issues, we couldn’t be happier with the care the team has provided. They, in particular, are looking out for the best interest of the residents, and set a wonderful example for any complex in terms of transparency and action. Looking forward to the next 4 years!

I’ve been living here for 4 years now and it really feels like home. The office staff have always been helpful when needed and the maintenance staff is wonderful as well. I absolutely love the convenience of living right across from Cranes Roost to see fireworks every year or to just take a simple walk around the lake with my dog. I honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else.

Pros - Apartment complex is in a great location, the maintenance issues are resolved fairly quick. Only cons are the fact that when ever you come to the office NOBODY IS EVER THERE. There is always a sign on the door that they “will be back soon” and ive actually waited an hour outside of the office before just to find out the person at the office was inside all along in the break room. Also on week days you can call the office and nobody ever answers, you have to call at least 4 times before anyone answers the phone. The main pool looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months, and the parking honestly sucks. I had someone leave a note in my car about getting my car towed because the parking spot i was parked in didn't have a reserve sign. Overall the place is good, theres a park and a mall w

The experience I’ve had With Jose as the Maintenance, he is very diligent in correcting the errors in my apartment I have no complaints. I was given this apartment in a mess and he has been working very hard to put it right for me to make me feel like I belong here. I am grateful for him.
