Altaire feels like a mini vacation I have family that lives at Altaire, and honestly every time I come to visit, it feels like I’m checking into a resort 😂 The community is beautiful, super well kept, and just has that relaxed, you’re on vacation vibe the second you pull in. The staff?? Next level friendly. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Giovanni deserves a special shoutout, always rocking a great attitude and going out of his way to be kind. Just the other day he saw me struggling with my luggage to go back home and offered me a ride on the golf cart all the way to the front of the community to catch my ride. Living at Altaire has been the best decisión ive made. From the resident events to the attentive Care the Office provides. Whenever there is an issue, management (henny and Giovanni) are always éager to help. The ladies at the Office (juli and nat) always greet us with a warm welcome. I visited this community three times before moving in, and after two months of living here, I can confidently say that I regret this decision. For context, we recently sold our three-bedroom home, and while searching for a rental in the area, this property appeared to be one of the most decent options available, offering a similar amount of space and presenting itself as a well-managed community. Unfortunately, the reality has fallen far short of those expectations. My first visit was with Henny, who was professional and answered my questions, although I still had some doubts. The following visits were with Giovanni, and that is when I began to feel uncomfortable, though I moved forward based on appearances. You won't see refrigerated hallways in other condominiums like this one here. I live here and loved it! I did renew leasing contract for another fifth year. A very good Leasing agent Juliana, Natasha and Mr. Giovanni (assistant manager) and Miss Henny (Manager) will attend you with a lot of professionalism and caring. Also, very capable, efficiency and professional maintenance staff, they get the job done, I do recognize and recommend them to the Property Manager Miss Henny (great administrator). Have been living at Altaire for two years just renewed for a third year. Beginning with Nastaja, the relationship has grown due to the way she has built rapport with not only me but the entire household. I truly enjoy the way the office engages with the residents by hosting out of this world resident events. While I must admit, the landscaping could improve, I love the amenities and the mini market/ bookstore. The office also does send a lot of emails but I get it, it’s the only form of communication at times. I would recommend this community to anyone!
