Altair by Soltura

I chose Altair by Soltura because of the townhome style apartments that included a backyard. It was a perfect transition for me to allow apartment style living while also having privacy. Since we got here in July, there are several reasons why I am giving a 5 star review: It is VERY quiet here, it is extremely dog friendly, our neighbors are respectful, the property is superbly maintained and the staff is top notch! They manage with professionalism and they’re always seeking ways to make our community more fun! I love the food trucks, the activities they offer and the engagement with Pet of the Month. Finally, the location is close to downtown and an easy drive to the beach! ☀️🏠💙🌊

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. the team keeps the property clean and well taken care of. My unit is quiet, comfortable, and exactly what I needed — the appliances work well, parking is easy, and I always feel safe here. The community is peaceful, and the amenities are a nice bonus. Overall, I’m really happy I chose this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to live.

I’ve also felt very safe and comfortable here, which is huge for me. Overall, Altair by Soltura has exceeded all of my expectations. I’m genuinely happy living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I looooove this little hidden gem in the forum! This place is amazing in the sense of it is very quiet with little noise ever. Your neighbors and everyone else on property is very respectful. It is a smoke free place which is a plus. The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing as well. Always ready to answer questions and help with a smile on their face. Thank you!!! Only reason I would do 4/5 stars is parking is always an issue. There weren’t enough spots made when building for sure and the spots that are here are very small or have people who don’t know how to park half the time.

Not worth the price at all. They told us when touring that we’d prefer living here over a regular apartment because we wouldn’t be able to hear our neighbors during the day, this was false. Unless you’re living in a 3 bed that isn’t attached to another home you’ll be able to hear your neighbors as if you’re in an apartment unfortunately. The actual builds of the buildings seem to be built well and sturdy, but the insides are not of equal quality. They seem to be finished in a rush. Our blinds would constantly fall down from just moving them to open and close in the morning and at night. The first time they come to fix the blinds it’s free, but if they continue to fall like ours did they’ll charge you $5 per blind to fix it. Maintenance never came in a timely manner, there was one time we h
