Customer Reviews
This apartment complex has gone downhill fast in the last 2 years. I won’t single out one person in their staff, but they don’t care about the residents. Despite many residents bringing up issues repeatedly, issues are ignored and even worse- any post calling out these issues on the resident portal are deleted by management. Myself and other residents have dealt with issues with homeless people, entry gates that always break down. Lately broken down amenities, a non responsive manager & trash that overflows all the time. If you’re planning to rent here, have them show you all the “high end” amenities and see for yourself. Walk the entire place. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, the manager lives on site and doesn’t even care.
I had a disappointing experience with Altair Apartments during my inquiry about a lease takeover. When I asked for the rental rate I would be responsible for, I was told they could not disclose it due to "legal reasons" and that I would need to ask the current tenant instead. Expecting someone to commit to a lease without knowing the monthly rent is unreasonable and unprofessional. This lack of transparency raised serious concerns for me and ultimately led to my decision not to proceed with the lease takeover. Due to this experience, I no longer feel confident in the management or their practices, and I would not recommend Altair Apartments to prospective renters. I plan to share my experience to help others make informed decisions.
Don’t do it. As a precious tenant this place was a nightmare. The faux wood started peeling along the molding in the kitchen. The tub started peeling three months into moving in, I mentioned it to the office and they stated they needed few days to repair it. Mind you where was I expected to shower if it was going to be out of commission. The parking company was a total nightmare they were so unprofessional. Always had an issue when requiring a guest pass. The swimming pool was inundated with outside visitors. People would literally pile out of cars to come and overtake the pool. The pool was used by visitors and the residents couldn’t use their own amenities. We asked the office to check for mold. They came and wiped down the window panes and no mold inspection was made. When we moved out
What a great location and a beautiful community . I have to talk about the manager and the assistant manager. Cheyenne Duenas is the Community Manager and Ciarra Meyer is the Assistant Community Manager. I mention this because they are both extremely engaging, Kind, supportive, and excited to supportive . This is definitely above and beyond and creates an atmosphere. You want to be part of. I applaud them for being such fantastic leaders. I highly recommend Altair Apartment Homes. It is a lovely community
Don't do it! Been here for many years and I can honestly say, Don't do it. Ask to see the area in front of the BBQ pits look for dog poop NOT picked up, and the Rental App. Increases on rent, extremly bad dog neighbors never pick up dog poop especially by the Biggest grass are in front of the main BBQ pits, and poor maintenance. Don't move to this complex if you want to deal with multiple homeless situations, rent increases, and charges for every little thing possible. Watch out for unit #102!! My lease now is on month to month basis, for a 1bd paying $2800 is absolutely absurd. As long as they stay under 10% they can raise rent 2xs yearly. They didn't even change my smoke detectors when they said they were coming in my apt. Don't do this complex it's the worst. Whenever residents move,
