When I opened up a renters insurance policy (which is my right), we just happened to be walking by the manager's office and here comes (manager)Ms. Ruth- Anne. She says, "So I got these papers in the mail for renters insurance but you don't need that here" and she shoved the paperwork in my hands and says, "you can throw that away!" and gives us a condescending "have a nice day!" and shuts the door. I worked for the state, volunteered with the county, and even had membership in two well known charitable organizations in the local area and I get treated like the scum of the earth? Don't live here!

The manager that walked us through our rental agreement when we moved in was an awesome lady. Whoever replaced her however was a bit crazy. She would corner us as we were walking to check our mail to talk about nothing and would hover over us to see what was being thrown in recycle bin to where she was almost grabbing things out of our hands. One of her live in grounds staff would park in our assigned spot and that person would give us a death glare after we had reported her. Our neighbors would get drunk and fight to where it made their babies cry on a regular basis. The day we moved out, the manager was actually running after us while yelling. I lived here with my mom when I was 4 moved out 2007 I think I was 7. Now I have my own little family, on section 8 and we were meant to live here. They keep up with everything, and hope to live here as long as possible 🙏🏻 we're literally living in a school district, good thing because our daughter will hopefully be going to EPO in a year or two 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Very unprofessional. Manager took my $40.00 for a screening 2 1/2 weeks later when I go to take back my deposit because the room wasn't going to be ready by the time said it would be the manager then tells me I'm approved. Beware of this place don't depend on them. Now my family and I are homeless until we can find a place. I'll use your apology to keep my 6 year old warm at night.
