Alta Marine Creek

So far after being here for 6 months I do love the property. Pros- It’s clean- I’ve seen maintenance out early picking up trash. I love that and wished people picked up after their pets but nonetheless the property is kept clean. The location feels safe and that was a priory for us. Parking- I’ve only had to park far away twice which is not bad at all. Location- ideal: lake, shopping, freeway entrance is like 2 mins away Cons- the walls are thin. So if you have noisy people upstairs you will hear them. It’s not a deal breaker for me but a little annoying. Other than that I think we made a good decision moving here, pretty happy

Staff here is amazing. From the first time I walked in and all throughout my residency Lauren has always gone above and beyond to answer questions and solve problems. My favorite park is the lake and walking trails so close. The pool and amenities are also clean and maintained. Love living here!

I’ve been living at Alta Marine Creek since December 2025, and my experience so far has been very positive. The location is excellent, being close to the lake and the trail makes it convenient for long runs and outdoor activities. The morning view from my balcony is especially peaceful and one of my favorite parts of living here. I would also like to recognize Valerie for her professionalism. She has been attentive, responsive, and efficient whenever I’ve submitted requests. She has truly helped make the process smooth and stress free.

I want to start this off by shouting out Valarie P., Valarie is an amazing part of the team. When my wife and I toured the property she really sold us on the property. She had answers to every question we even before we asked them. She made us feel like we already were part of the community. Her energy during the tour and signing process was very encouraging and welcoming. *cough cough* giver her a raise *cough cough* My wife and I really appreciate Valarie for her continuous excellence. The property is really nice, amazing amenities, located next to a large lake, park, College and Many shops and restaurants, The Alta Marine Creek property is so conveniently placed. large dog park for dog lovers and its a safe environment

I recently toured here and I have to say, Valerie made the experience exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly friendly. She took the time to show me every detail of the unit and even went above and beyond by answering all my questions with patience and knowledge. What really stood out was how attentive she was — she didn’t rush through the tour and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. She also took extra time to explain the amenities and the neighborhood, which helped me get a real feel for the place. Valerie definitely made the process easier and more enjoyable.
