Alpine Vistas Apartments – University Place, WA

Alpine Vistas is a very good community. Very quiet & safe appartments. For the time i have lived here, i have never had any issues. Very supportive management who are always ready to assist their tenants.

These apartments are really awesome. The property management is really old fashioned. It is kinda like living in an old folks home, very quiet, lots of caretakers in and out. For the amenities like washer and dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal and a balcony for the price is a steal. Ive moved around a bunch in tacoma and BY FAR this is the most pleasant experience i’ve had with move out and communication between property management. They were in between on site property management so my move out was a little wonky but they were really Accommodating. Shout to Kourtney for being so nice and helpful as an interim. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE was this is listed as a pet friendly apartment. I have cats and they both were accustomed to being indoor outdoor cats since i worked from home. It is not a s

I have been living in Alpine Vistas Apartments for almost a year now and have only good things to say about complex as well as management. The complex is small but very cozy and family oriented. Management takes a good care of the property, they truly do everything they can to make a place feel like home. Apartments are very well maintained, safe, and quite (which was the most important aspect for me since I work and go to school both full time), ground is clean. I would hardy recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a cozy little place to live in Tacoma.

Nice quiet community. . . Managers are awesome and friendly. Maintenance has been super responsive to my requests. . . Very reasonable rent prices, especially for the area. This place is next to shopping, banks, bowling alley, restaurants, car maintenance and TCC. No complaints at all.

So far we have lived here for about a month now and we love it. Quiet place for a family. No issues what so ever. Management is on top of things here and I like that. We also like the fact that management lives on site. Management is great, and we are excited to see what the year brings!
