I am submitting this message as a formal complaint regarding ongoing and unresolved issues at your apartment community, which is advertised as “Luxury Apartment Homes.” Based on my experience over the past two years—across two separate units—this representation is materially inaccurate and misleading. The quality of renovations throughout the property is notably substandard. Cabinets installed in kitchens and bathrooms appear poorly measured, improperly fitted, and inconsistent with professional construction standards. These installations resemble temporary or low-grade modifications rather than durable, long-term improvements expected of a luxury property. I have lived here 8 years and have loved every moment. The grounds are well kept, so clean and also I feel safe living here. The staff are all amazing! Maintenance is also very quick to respond and does an amazing job everytime. I would highly recommend living here. It has been a very positive experience for me, and I love to call Alpine Meadows home. Thank you all who has made my experience living here positive!

We just moved in and are excited to live here! So far everything is clean, the grounds are well kept and the staff is friendly! We worked with Angie and she is absolutely the best to work with! She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help us find and secure our apartment. She made the entire process smooth and stress free by answering all of our questions quickly and guiding us every step of the way. We really appreciate the time she took to help us and all her knowledge, and genuine care for making sure we were happy with our new place. Highly recommend working with Angie she’s the best!

I had the most positive experience touring the property. Angie went above and beyond to address my questions. She was knowledgable, personable and was simply a pleasure. The grounds and apartment we toured were also well maintained. Between the staff and the property, I was impressed to say the least.

I had a question today and really appreciate how nice I'm treated when I go into the office. Even if they're busy with potential renters, they make time for me and don't make me feel like a nuisance. I appreciate your help Jennifer.
