Fees, Fees, and more Fees, this company is hurting for money so bad till the point they will fee you for driving your own car. Very cheap units. They want you to pay a high rent for a roach infested, hand craft appliances. Washing machine rips your clothes, dryer would dry a full load after 3 cycles. when we first moved in, a pipe burst and flooded the entire unit, there were no accommodation for that, you can hear your neighbors snoring at night, the fridge was older then my great great grandmother. Stove went out and they wanted to charge us for it. this company is just out for money, would not recommend this company to the buds that were already there.

If you’re a college student looking to rent a house using AOP, I would continue looking. I had high hopes renting a home with this property management, but it was the worst experience I had living in BCS in many years. Tamra was a rude and unpleasant. Eric, the maintenance team was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The house was horribly managed and I would never ever recommend this property management to anyone, if anything I’ve warned them.

Talk about the easiest way to rent a house. Maggie stayed in contact with me during the entire initial process. Once we moved in, all of the kitchen appliances stopped working. Eric and his appliance specialist had everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. I have told several people about AOP, and will continue.

I've been working with AOP for 9 years, and have always loved the way they take care of their clients. During our tenure the sink started leaking (not our fault) we were told to put towels down underneath it until maintenance came. We didn’t. Could I have been more responsible and taken care of the towels yes, did I think it would be a WEEK before a leak was addressed? NO! Upon our lease ending they charged us the full bill. They charged us for gutters. They charged us for the stove top leaking, something I called about numerous times when it rained. Took our entire 1000 deposit and charged almost an additional 2k on top of it. This property company is a bunch of crooks. I stayed for three days after getting furniture out and speckled the walls, scrubbed the carpets on my hands and knees and they still charged an outrageous cleaning fee. The house was in better shape then when we moved in w
