The leasing agents crystal and kianna were wonderful and never gave me any problems! The maintenance guys are great as well and always come same day. At the beginning of my lease, there were roaches in my apartment but they went away fairly quickly. The only true complaint I have for this apartment was the fact that I had the carpet PROFESSIONALLY cleaned and it looked BRAND NEW. I move out and expect to just pay my water bill and an oven cleaning (I forgot to clean the oven) but what I see in addition to both of these is a $125 carpet cleaning charge! I reached out in email several times and Candace would ignore my question on why I was charged a cleaning fee for the carpets when it was cleaned and she answered everything in my email but that part. The Alon is a parklike atmospheric complex with a really pretty pool and nice picnic areas. The management team is super caring and fun. They've hosted nice events like Bingo and a beautiful Italian dinner. They work hard to create a fun , safe a clean environment for their tenants. The maintenance staff is helpful, courteous and does everything to try to get things taken care of. The grounds are clean and they are pet friendly. They have doggie bags if ya need one..lol..They keep residents informed of events and also house rules. Alon's management team is people oriented and approachable. I recently moved in and had an amazing experience with the office staff. Aunna was extremely thorough in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. After seeing some reviews about towing, I asked for clarification and was reassured that proper steps are taken before any action occurs. I think people are often more likely to leave reviews when they’re upset rather than when they’ve had a great experience, so I wanted to take the time to share mine. The office staff is truly top-tier, and I appreciate their professionalism and transparency.

Overall, I enjoyed living here. It’s pretty low-key and neighbors are friendly and unproblematic. They also were really helpful in my transfer within the network, which was a big plus it looks like they are adding a lot of events in nice things for the residence, which is really cool. I gave four stars because I did have a little insect problem, but it didn’t last very long. The gym could also use some work. There are gems nearby so it really wasn’t a dealbreaker. Lastly, they give individuals who may need a second chance the opportunity which I really like about them. Most places deny you immediately. I did have to pay extra to make sure that things were covered, but it still was worth it.

A good friend of mine moved in about two months ago, management made the process really smooth! They were very attentive and professional. The community always looks clean and it looks like the office enforces the community policies as the property is so nice! One of my top communities on my list to consider to move once my lease expires.
