Aloha property management has been very pleasant to deal with . They respond to work orders in a timely manner . The maintenance workers are all so friendly and I feel comfortable having them around , they get the job done quick and efficiently.

Repair work is always completed so fast! We had a large tree fall onto our awning. They had tree removers, roof repair people and glass people out within 2 hours, and it wasball after closing time!

This is the worst rental experience I’ve had to deal with. I lived at an Aloha property for two years and had ongoing problems with a leak coming from our upstairs neighbors bathroom seeping down to ours. This started on a Sunday, we had an active leak beginning around 10 in the morning that went until 6 when our neighbor got home. Water sat seeping for 8 hours and emergency maintenance did not come. The leak only subsided after the neighbor came home and cleaned up the mess. This leak persisted throughout the remainder of my two lease terms causing issues on and off. I often called Aloha to report concerns of water damage and mold, and had to leave voicemails due to them not answering the phone. We used Aloha Prop Mgt for a few years, not perfect, but overall very good at getting back to owner about problems and resolving them in a timely manner. Property is in good shape due to all the vendors that they have coordinated to fix things at the property. Would recommend using them, I think we received good value for the cost of the services they provided.

Very impressed by the customer service received with Aloha. We have resided with them for about a year, and very happy with the service and support when needed. Great company to rent from! Happy to call home an Aloha Property!
