I wish I could give negative stars. HORRIBLE experience!! We reported serious mold and radon issues—major health and safety risks—but they failed to properly follow up despite multiple requests and reminders. When we asked for a break in rent while the problems remained untreated, they ignored us completely. Instead of showing accountability, they showed total disregard for their tenants’ health and well-being. This company is unresponsive, unprofessional, and neglectful. I would strongly warn anyone against renting from them!!

If there is a negative five star, I will give them negative five star. Purchased NEW CONTRACTION HOUSE from Almont Homes NE, INC. , I am so disappointed. 7 windows leaking water, basement foundations leaking water, and basement door leaking water AS WELL. The inspect and repair more than TEN TIMES, but still leaking. How comes the house can pass the inspection?????? I feel that all the BAD GUYS on Earth are working in this company. Mr. John Davis always ignore my email, he looks friendly and kind, BUT he will do some bad things behind of you. Mr. phil, the VICE PRESIDENT OF ALMONT HOMES, ALWAYS LIE TO US, told us that everything is no problems, BUT the gold always shine and the problems always appear. There are four families in our community are going to sue the Almont Homes NE, INC

I've been living here for over 3 years. It's a good neighborhood with a convenient location and spacious units. The building quality is fair, but there are some concerns regarding maintenance. Overall, it's a decent place to live.

New home and already got a leak! And floorboards with MOLD. Prior to that, tape was still on the windows, foam on the blinds, tape on the ceilings, mismatching paint on the walls, doors not fitting in the frames, improperly installed hardwood, and SO much more. Warranty was basically nonexistent. PM's NEVER came when they were supposed to! And when they did, the house was in a worse than before. This company is fantastic at cutting corners, hiring unimpressive contractors to do the job, and creating a deceivingly beautiful home! I hope you never keep it up.
