Almeria at Rancho Mercado - Taylor Morrison

I represented a first time buyer at this community. The communication from the sales office weekly was amazing just shy of one year! In this challenging time of obtaining supplies and trades being available and showing up this was a different experience than I am use to. There were hurdles to overcome. Thank you for your diligence. The buyer picked up her keys today and is incredibly excited!

TM is a horrible company for the following: 1. They hire subcontractors that start work early before it is even light in the AM, thus disrupting current homeowners sleeping and their kids. 2. They leave everyday with their work area not clean-->they allow small garbage to drift down the streets and ultimately into home owner yards. 4. They don't teach their employees to understand and look out for cars driving through construction areas--especially their managers. 5. They intimidate homeowners trying to get home through the work by yelling at them and stalling in the streets for a vehicle to move through

They just played out with us, they made look like a spec home as a deal and signed for $645k but later they reduced the base price in a week by $40k and when we asked for price adjustments no one is there to respond to your concern they will say same story with some stupid calculations that both are same but when both are same why would someone will take a spec home with lot of compromises? Why would they play out with us when they knew that they are going to reduce base price by $40k. Beware of Taylor morrison they just want your money they act like they listen to your concerns but they only do what they like. It is definitely an intention of cheating. Stay away from them and if you have given money and you better forget about it because they act greatly that they are helping you.

This five stars is for Jeff the superintendent at rancho Mercado. The guy always responds to questions and has been a great asset in the buying/first year process. The rest of Taylor Morrison has been a hassle of a transaction, but Jeff has been great. Thanks Jeff!
