Almeria at Ocotillo

ive been living there for 6 months. and i can compare the service with service in downtown. 1) huge insane fee (-) 2) robot staff (-) 3) good area(+) 1- you’ll pay for setup fee electricity 500$ to RSP and in month you’ll pay for electricity 350$ on budget billing. yes its not joke lol… when i left the apartment, i had huge hole in my stomach because ulcer and gastritis so i literally can’t clean fully my apartment because of brain fog, so i was prepare to pay like hour their work(really 50$ per hour?). so ive been ready. literally i left 10 litres water (that they took to thier office) several tables and bed (that folds in 5 min(no joke, literally) MAN 400$ FOR THAT. AND THEY TOOK ALL MY DEPOSIT HAHAHA and after that ive been calling and they are like thats our prices we dont care :)

Today I went in to pay my rent (while I was out for lunch), and I was very pleased with the customer service Mrs. Angelica provided. Even though two other people were already sitting there, she attentively asked if we needed any help. Her diligence and professionalism truly met my expectations

I lived here for almost two years and had a positive experience. As a woman living alone, I felt safe here. The complex is gated and shuts the gates around 4 or 5pm so they are closed at night. The Ocotillo neighborhood is a nice area in Chandler. I had a positive experience with management and maintenance staff as well. Emails to management and maintenance requests were answered/addressed promptly and effectively. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a good place to rent in Chandler.

My personal living experience living here has been amazing, and nothing short of the best apartment I’ve ever rented. While my floor plan and apartment location does offer me increased privacy and luxurious features, I am sure most of the apartments are comparable in quality. Amenities are great, staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is responsive, and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful.

I walked in to complete a Notice to Vacate with the older woman at the front desk. I was shocked that the entire process took almost 2 long hrs, especially considering it was only three pages and required just one signature from me. The inconsistency and lack of knowledge shown during this simple task is concerning. Thank goodness I’m moving, because I no longer feel confident in the staff anymore. If she struggled this much with something as basic as a Notice to Vacate, it raises serious concerns. I’ve lived here for three years and never had issues until recently. Even calling for basic information on Wednesday has become difficult, and the same older woman gave me the runaround both over the phone and in person.
