5 star property and staff! Our team stopped by today and got to speak with Karina; she was so welcoming and very helpful with assisting our team. Wish we could more than 5 stars!

I like the enviroment at Alma I and I am closer to groceries and all walking distance. I have very respectful neigboors, I like the way the leasing offers and they care for customers. New staff is also works very hard and have been excelente with the Kids here. Thank you maxell for your assistants and helping the community feel home I wish other office would have people like this..Thank you

I have made Plaza my home for the past 6 years and will continúe to be my home, I am happy that new staff are excelente in customer service they show profesionalism and care. North plaza has my Kids school is close and commutity is calm, but would be help that maintnance Will be faster, we are hoping this new company fix that issue, that previous company had, addres work order fix the washer and dryer área, we would love that this change is gordo for all of us. Alma is mi casa my kids enjoy leaving here has many friends and the ladys at the office are always taking care of the residentes thats why we refer people, I would like for the people to have a community, computer, for residents but I like the cortesía of staff. I think is valuable to have good people.
