I just moved in two days ago with my partner who's been living here for the past 3 years. The previous tenant tripped the breaker using their wall AC and a carpet cleaner at the same time in one room, but resetting the breaker twice didnt fix it. We called for a status on the maintenance request and the lady was incredibly combative blaming us for the issue, and failing to understand that this has not been an issue in the last 3 years. Other areas of the house have no troubles getting the breaker reset to bring back power but these rooms do, and she was extremely rude and dismissive saying we simply can't be running these AC units since the house wiring is not designed for that, but it is up to the property management to provide habitable living conditions. I work from home and pay way too

Absolute mess of a company. Will never give you your deposit back no matter how hard you try to clean so you might as well leave it as is. They treat college students like easy marks and will take full advantage. Also, creepy maintenance men to add to the mess. Avoid if you can, but if you can’t then you may as well leave it a mess and have them clean it up for the $1000 they’ll charge you anyway.

Go to Dowling instead. Do not give this company the time of day. I had a much better experience with Dowling. I tried renting from this company, but they close at 3. How am I supposed to drop off an application fee if they close before I even get off of work? Despite google saying they close at 5. The fact that they close this early is a major red flag. It's like they're trying to avoid people or something. Very rude. The extra star is for saving me $40 after showing their true colors before I even paid the application fee. Appreciate it!

1/28/25 I was looking for an apartment that was under Ally Property Management and asked to view the apartment. I viewed it and there was fecal matter in the toilet and the carpet was foul. The realtor Naomi said it’s not supposed to be like that and that they’d have someone on that. Besides that, there was no real problem with the location and I decided to move forward with my roommates,1/29/25 we gave them $120 for credit checks and the next day 1/30/25 we were approved via email with a message urging us to sign a lease by 2/3/25. They close on weekends so we couldn’t contact them until Monday the 3rd. So we come in and we ask to see the apartment again and they say sorry we can’t show it to you again once you applied… I asked how we’re supposed to know the apartment has been cleaned? An

If I could give this property management zero stars I would. They have incorrect communication, promise varying parts of leases that they do not intend to uphold, and are consistently rude over the phone. Do NOT go into a lease with this company- choose anywhere else.
