Front office personnel at allure are awesome. I’ve lived in a handful of apartments over the past 15yrs, and one of the most difficult things for all apartment buildings to manage is mail. I think Allure does a fine job of managing the flow. I also like how involved the BLT office is with events in the building, just last night we participated in the wrapping of presents - wrapping paper, bows, tape, string - all complimentary. They really do a nice job all around. Very impressed with building maintenance as well, timely responses, within a day the issue is addressed. Also property maintenance and landscaping is bar none. The Allure is a dream! Everything has been well designed and thought, the team is awesome and extremely helpful. One part of the building is still under construction but everything is spotless clean, and all brand new. The appliances are Luxurious and functional. The common areas are very upper class and always clean. Neighbors are great and polite. The building is ideally located by the water and the views are fantastic! It really feels like a luxurious building and we love it! Totally recommend!

I genuinely don’t understand the 4–5 star reviews for this building. They don’t match reality and feel authentic. The building is poorly constructed. In the winter, the windows provide so little insulation they might as well be open, which results in very high heating bills. We’ve dealt with a long list off issues: - Ongoing bug infestations (flies, gnats, and insects coming through the plumbing) - Sewage from a toilet leaking from the ceiling - Mold discovered when the ceiling was opened, then left open until we followed up - A heating vent falling from the ceiling in the area where our newborn son was playing - Too many to list Management is, without exaggeration, the least professional I’ve ever experienced.
