Allure by Windsor Apartments

I love this place. It’s a paradise home for anyone who wants to be in a beautiful city like Boca but still have close proximity to the beach and a stunning pool. The team is the best- Harper is awesome and so are the maintenance crew! Always so helpful and welcoming to everyone.

I’ve really enjoy living at Allure by Windsor. The property is always well-kept, from the pool area to the common spaces and the staff are friendly and responsive whenever I need help. My apartment feels bright and modern and the maintenance team is quick to address anything that comes up. It’s been a comfortable and convenient place to call home and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well managed community.

The condominium amenities are excellent, offering a complete leisure and wellness experience. However, there is still room for improvement in maintenance. The elevator in our building has been out of service for more than a week with no repair date in sight, which has caused inconvenience for residents. In addition, the apartment hallways are not cleaned as frequently as they should be, and the barbecue grill near the pool is not functioning properly. Overall, it is a great place to live, with excellent amenities and infrastructure, but management needs to pay more attention to maintenance to ensure an even better experience for residents.

Resident since day one (over 7 years). The experience has steadily declined, with the exception of the maintenance team, who remain excellent and responsive. I returned from holiday travel to find my car immobilized because it lacked an Allure sticker—despite the vehicle being fully registered in their system with plate, make, model, and color. I changed cars three years ago and was never instructed to update a sticker. Meanwhile, guest vehicles can be registered with just license plate. Due to an agreement with Towing company, I was forced to pay nearly $100 to unlock my car, even though I pay for non-reserved parking fee. These “small” issues add up. Incidents like this make it very difficult to justify renewing my lease. Edit to address the comment: What Allure is saying is not true

Great place to live. The maintenance staff are top notch and deserve recognition. My only reason for less than 5 stars is that the trash receptacle was moved to the parking lot on September due to a broken compactor. I now look not only at the recycle, but now all trash from the complex. It's embarrassing to bring guests and darn ugly to look at. When asked about it, they always say it is someone else's responsibility. I really like it here but wish I had not re-signed to look at trash for months. They can and should do better in this regard. Update- The trash compactor is fixed. Now the cardboard trash is the only receptacle in view. An improvement but it sure would be nice if they could hide it from view.
