Allure at Abacoa

At the end of a year, I like to review my major purchases. I have been very happy with the value of living here at the Allure apartments in Abacoa. I looked at a few apartments in the area and considered location as well as conversations with renters. The Allure location is great. I can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, music venues, and, of course, baseball. But when deciding where to live, what I really measured when speaking with building tenants was service. I was at one apartment complex nearby, and while in their office waiting for a tour, I was dismayed by the number of tenants who came in to complain that they were still waiting for repairs to important items like a/c, washers, and refrigerators. I am so thrilled that I chose to move into Allure at Abacoa. The staff is incredibly nice, attentive and have made my experience living at this property an enjoyable one. Laura and Victoria are THE BEST! The amenities are great. The gym and pool are clean. The property is well maintained.

The amenities are great! The gym is really big (two-stories) and has everything I need. the pool’s always clean, there is nice new furniture, and the grills at the pool are really convenient. Any time I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been quick and helpful. Overall, it just feels like a place that’s great to live in. And it’s only a 5-minute walk to downtown Abacoa, which is ideal because there is always something going on nearby. They always host concerts, festivals, and food truck nights.

Moved here blindly after chatting with the manager, Victoria. She couldn’t have done better at making us feel comfortable and be completely ready to move-in upon arrival from Oklahoma! I feel like I’ve known her forever and can talk to her about anything. My family and I have lived here for 19 months and absolutely love it. The amenities are top notch, office staff is amazing, and maintenance is quick and efficient! Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!! We also love how close it is to the ballpark and a short walk to downtown Abacoa! Plenty of food and fun with all the community events taking leave! My daughter loves to walk down to the clubhouse to get coffee and play pool, and I occasionally work from the clubhouse! We’ve also met some amazing fellow neighbors! Definitely give it ⭐️

Management sells the place!! We’ve lived in some places with horrible staff and rude management…everyone here literally could not be nicer & more helpful. Our apartment was cleaned and perfect upon move in and all of our maintenance requests have been solved day of! Love it here 10/10 recommend.
