I have been waiting weeks, soon to be months for repairs and the list just keeps getting longer. Update: been renting from these guys for over 2 years, they just recently dis minimal work on the leaking roof, it's so bad that I'm sure there is little to no insulation, the windows arent sealed properly and now our utilities are 61% higher than everyone else in the area. Do not rent from them, it will put you in a hole you cant get out of. Nothing gets done, they never mail receipts on time and forgot to for over 3 months. Another update: we have been living in their rental 4 years come to find out there is a huge mold problem and after moving out, they are still renting the house! Rent process was easy. Chris is very nice. Our air didn't work and they were on top of it and works great 👍

Renting a home in Oakdale and have only had issues since we moved in. At first they seemed to be right on it but now they don't seem to care. Chris is very unprofessional and the ladies in the front are rude and careless. I wouldn't recommend renting from this company!

They are not a legit business they raise the rent because of water usage but some residents have 12 people living in one house other have washers in there back yard and my house hold of 3 has to pay the same amount for water and they have some tweeker kid as the yard maintenance looking in everyone's back yard I don't even feel right paying my rent to theses people doesn't help that the property owner will take any little shortcut he can and that property management is right there along with him I've complained about people trying to break into my car recently I've complained about a few things and no call back no nothing I thought they were supposed to provide a safe living environment for their residence but they say the property is it making money so they're not gonna put money into

Never ever had a problem with this company, they are great to rent from.
