AllSet Property Management

Would definitely give company negative rating. Neighbor complaints, building complaints go unresolved. No one in the office returns phone calls unless they are pertaining to money. Everyone in the office is only concerned about rent turn over and not the current residents. My lease is ending soon and they done about 20 showings of my unit against my will. Neighbors are loud and obnoxious but of course, allset does not care. I definitely would NOT recommend this company to anyone who wants to rent from a property company that actually CARES.

Renting from Allset Property Management has been the worse experience ever. I moved into my place June 1st. The apartment did not look anything like the model that I originally applied for. I was told it would look just like it or better. The paint job was done very sloppy, The cabinets need to be done or replaced, the carpet was not cleaned good, the patio still has items from the previous tenant. I noticed the smell of gas and called WE Energies the day after moving in and was told that the line needed to be replaced with a stainless steel one and not copper. I was without a stove for 2 days. I was told by someone in maintenance that he was painting and needed to get done. So, painting was more important than me having a stove? I had 2 working burners and then I was down to 1 burner.

They don’t care if you have children living in a unit when you tell them the power and heat is out nobody seems to care then took them a week to replace a furnace in tha unit so me and my children went cold in the house for a whole week before the owner decided to pay for it I also had to pay for 6 raccoons to be removed off the property nobody cared nor tried to securely patch the hole in the roof so more raccoons and wildlife can get in. House has plenty violations and no being catered to. I’m wouldn’t dare rent from them again.

Great Place works with tenants. Always looking for ways to inprove property. Only issue is they go up 25$ a year on rent. Other than that, they are reliable with fixes, Lawn care, etc...I've been with them 5 years. 2 Properties, and the Mike Made the transition very easy.

Great property management, great people & great hospitality. I've been there 2 years now and of course I've had my hardships but they're always doing the best they can to work with their tenants. Their units are absolutely beautiful & very spacious. You will not be disappointed!
