Do not rent from these people. They only care about the owner of the house and not the renters. House is falling apart, under every sink cabinets are caved in. Load and loads of paint over everything. Everything cheap as possible. Maintenance guy is rude and does the bare minimum work. They let the neighbors trash pile up for week outside and then we get bug at our place and rats outside. But the only thing they are worried about is if my tiny car is parked on the grass for a couple hours while I’m working in my garage. The street literally says no parking on it and is still full despite that fact. I am so ready for my lease to end so won’t have to deal with this anymore. 1250 in rent a month and we can’t even sleep in our bedrooms because the neighbors are so loud. I hate living here.

Allred Properties is a world-class management organization. As a property owner, I have complete piece of mind knowing my investment is being handled professionally. Their dedicated service team is excellent at addressing tenant needs and concerns promptly, making the entire process seamless for both parties.

If you are giving Allred a bad review then YOU are the problem...not them. Taylor, Amanda and Brandie have been absolutely wonderful to us. We are currently into our second year at an Allred.property and they have treated us fairly and with courtesy and the utmost dignity. We do, however, pay our rent on time and are great tenants...those.of you who write bad Allred reviews...wanna talk about your rental history? Or how about whether or not you've trashed the property? DO NOT rent any properties from this company. I cannot stress this enough. They are here to make money , they do not care about the tenants well being. A pipe burst in the wall and flooded moldy water into my guest bedroom and living room . They came , patched the pipe sprayed the mold and sealed the wall back up all within a few hours leaving no time for the drywall which was drenched to dry out . The cleaning solution they used seeped under the wall bleaching the baseboards and the smell was unbearable forcing me to go sleep elsewhere for the night . I called with concern that the mold would continue to grow and that my health was not doing well, as I had been battling mold toxicity symptoms for months and I asked to be released from my lease a month early. I love living here the staff is truly outstanding. Amanda and Taylor are always caring, attentive, and quick to help with anything I need. Their kindness makes this community feel like home. Highly recommend!
