Allison & White is the best when it comes to renting. I’ve rented from several other places in the area and nothing compares to the way they treat their tenant’s. They absolutely go above and beyond. With all honesty, any issues I’ve ever had have been handled in a timely manner. The amount of people this office handles is incredible. I promise if you rent from them you won’t be disappointed.

I cannot say enough great things about Allison & White Property Management! After living in Hickory for 10 years, this is my first time renting with them, and it has truly been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The entire process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Everything was clearly communicated, organized, and handled professionally. Denise has been absolutely amazing — she has been such a big help every step of the way. She made what can normally feel like a stressful process feel easy and seamless. I’m so grateful for how smooth everything has been and highly recommend Allison & White to anyone looking for a professional and supportive property management team!

Definitely a good place to rent! I lived here for over 3 years and had no issues while I lived here. Anytime I had maintenance they sent someone over extremely fast within the next 24 hrs usually. I really hate I had to leave my place that I had. I loved it and literally paid 750 for a two bedroom was great! Still waiting on info to see if I get my deposit back but no issues when I moved out. If anyone looks to rent here, definitely do it!

It’s taken me two years to write this review but I’d like to give my honest opinion about my experience with Allison & white. I lived in the wind tree apartments from November/December 2017 until April 2023 where I raised five kids with the father of my kids, grew close to all my neighbors and genuinely loved living there. Unfortunately I was asked to leave my residence after my ex & I had a nasty separation which lead to me needing to take him to court. It broke my heart when I was told I needed to move out by Allison and white but I understood why it needed to be done as it was a very complicated situation. Even after everything that had happened during that time, I still hold no hard feelings towards Allison & white & appreciate the extra time they gave me to clear out the apartment wh

Such a pleasant experience and completely stress free for this older lady, especially! I appreciate their taking the time to make this process as easy as possible for us! We have had a very pleasant experience. Very down to earth ladies in the office and we had a great time getting to know eachother.
