I usually don’t post reviews, but with Allison I need to take time and share my experience with the service she provided. She’s one of very few real estate agents that has been so very helpful. We own several properties and constantly provided great and reliable services and information. She even takes her personal time to meet with us. We are very grateful for her and plan to work with her on our new project.

I have used Allison Grover with Homes Central Real Estate for over 30 years. She has not only been extremely professional and helpful in both the buying of my properties but also handling all of my rentals. I would highly recommend using Allison and Homes Central for all of your real estate needs as the knowledge base that she and Richard Vincent possess are second to none! You will not be disappointed!

Here’s my personal experience with Allison. Called her to schedule a showing and she sent me straight to voicemail, understandable that she’s busy. Didn’t get back to me for a while but did eventually text. Wasn’t willing to work with my schedule, expecting me to take off work in the middle of the day to fit her schedule. Whatever, still fine. I texted her at 3:30 in the afternoon one day to ask for a second showing of a unit I had seen and liked. She responded at 9:30 at night very coldly that the unit had been rented. Okay, still all good because these things happen and some people just text that way. The nail in the coffin was when I asked which units were still available because HAR/Redfin/etc. were still showing all units available. I wasn’t rude about it, just explaining that I wasn’
