We recently moved out of our condo and Mary changed the date and time of the inspection when the carpet cleaner did not show up as scheduled and I was in trouble. She is very kind! She is very busy and I am sure there was a lack of communication on my part, but she has a very caring personality. We are back in Japan and need to have our electric and other bills paid on our behalf, which she has taken care of. Thank you very much.

This was one of the worst experiences I had ever. I was renting a property managed by Allied, and they were the worst. They don't care about their tenants at all. First, because they're closed on the weekends (really, what realtor isn't available on weekends?), we had to get our key 5 days earlier than we wanted and had to pay for those extra days. They were supposed to re-glaze the bathtub before then (their offer to do so), which they did not, and then didn't do so for 2-3 weeks after we moved in. After we paid for all the extra days we didn't want/need it. When we emailed to ask them about it, her first response was "you can still shower in it right now, though, right?" They do not respond to calls and no one is in their offices. I tired emailing one of them and they were helpful but when I tried to send them the request form, it said that their mail was full... I can't even call them to tell them that their email is full. Overall, they are hard to reach out to and get answers from.

Customer service is fine and polite. It usually takes a couple of days to get a response so I recommend calling if it is an emergency. They do not accept bank transfers of any kind. This company is still working with paper checks and what I imagine to be dial up and fax machines. Its 2020, I would like to see some upgrades current within the last decade.

Honestly, one star is an overstatement. Allied Realty would get negative stars from me, if possible. Having rented multiple properties over the years, my year spent renting from Allied Realty was an absolute nightmare! For starters, not a single one of our move-in requests was even acknowledged by them. The property needed new carpet, or at the very least a good cleaning. When we moved in, it looked like they had just vacuumed the place. The previous tenants were cat owners, and being extremely allergic to cats, I requested something be done about the foul odor filling the rooms.
