Poor Communication and Organization Communication from the property manager has been consistently poor. A meeting was scheduled for December 23 at 5:00 pm in Kendall, even though our building is located in Shenandoah. The meeting did not open on time, and owners’ emails were ignored until we were able to reach the owner of the management company, who then intervened. In addition, the meeting notice was neither sent by email nor uploaded to the owner portal. This lack of basic communication and organization is unprofessional and frustrating for owners trying to stay informed and engaged.

Sarah Ramos and Britney never return calls. They took Security Camera access privileges from our onsite property manager, and every time packages go missing they are not helpful in resolving the issue. In our building, within the same week in November, 4 packages went missing and this Property Management Group has not done anything about it. They also don't give timely notices to access your unit, they are never on time, and of course not very good at communicating. Do Not hire this company....

Poor communication. Owners were asked to drive to a meeting location in Kendall, 15 miles from the property, only to be told after 35 minutes of waiting that the meeting was canceled. Totally unprofessional. Update to Allied’s Response below Allied’s response is inaccurate. A quorum was never called during the meeting which was opened 35 min late in zoom , and the stated location was closed, making it impossible to verify whether any owners were physically present to establish quorum.

Dealing with Alean has been a pleasure. He is quick to respond to calls and emails, and has been courteous and very professional in my dealings with him. Kings Creek has never looked better.
