Kristen Spina at Alliant showed me today what true professionalism looks like. We had a hiccup with closing on a property because the Buyer submitted his application on an incorrect platform, so he had to resubmit at the last minute and the powers that be, including Kristen, jumped in to make the process happen in one day so that we did not have to delay the closing! Sellers are happy, Buyers are happy, Lender is happy, Title company is happy, and the Realtors are happy!!! Great job!

My client just went under contract in one of the "55 or over" Condo Associations managed by Alliant. The application for the association clearly states to fill it out and return to their office. So, my client goes there to be told they no longer accept Paper Applications. My client is elderly and has vision issues and the receptionist hands her a website to go to. While there, she also sees an elderly gentleman there and the receptionist seems indifferent to the fact he is not comfortable downloading an APP to submit his application. How are people with vision issues going to navigate a website? Many vision impaired, elderly or non-tech Savy people are not comfortable downloading APPS and physically can't see to navigate these websites. We are also discovering that they outsource their

Great news today and I want to thank Kristen and her team for getting my buyers application approval in 4 days! I have never seen that happen. They received my clients application on Monday. Sent it over to the board immediately and here it is only Thursday and we have their approval. That’s fantastic. Closing is next Thursday and as the last outstanding item, this is critical to ensure the 3 parties involved in this transaction could close accordingly. We’re very grateful that she understood that we needed to expedite this and cared enough to make it happen. :).

Absolutely absurd, trying to get anyone on the phone for anything takes an act of god. Once you wait the 20-25+ minutes your only to get a live person simply to take a message for someone to "get back with you", which never happens. I will be filing a formal complaint with my board, as there are many people having this issue and we will be voting this company off our property.
