I have been a long-distance landlord with Alliance Property Management for five years. From the very beginning—walking me through all necessary repairs, staging the unit, and securing a reliable tenant—the Alliance team has been consistently responsive to both my and my tenant’s needs, with no major issues along the way. Recently, my unit experienced a few water leakage and HVAC-related problems. Ms. Juana Martinez from the Alliance team kept me fully informed and coordinated seamlessly with the tenant, the HOA, and the HVAC company at every step until all issues were resolved. Her professionalism, diligence, and timely follow-up made a big difference, especially given the recent weather. I truly appreciate the care and attention Alliance Property Management provides. Unprofessional, Overreaching, and Creates Unnecessary Conflict I feel compelled to share my experience with Alliance Property Management Inc. to warn other tenants and landlords. My dealings with them have been characterized by unprofessionalism and a fundamental disrespect for tenant privacy. After they took over management of my building, they began asking intrusive and harassing questions about my personal electrical usage and security cameras located inside my own unit. It is critical to note that I pay for all these utilities and services directly. When I challenged the relevance of these questions, the company was forced to admit that these matters were part of a private agreement between me and the property owner and were none of their business. They acknowledged they had no purv

Absolute worse company to manage anything. I won’t mention her name but the lack of respect for your time and personhood is astounding. They don’t give a shit about you and will take 2 weeks to reply back even when you tell them you don’t have a roof over your head. This is a horrible disgusting enjoyment to associate yourself with. Any owners please do jot down business with them they will destroy what you have built

I've lived at my duplex for 1 year or so. Getting them to fix maintenance requests is a hassle as they take forever to actually do the work. A technician may come out and say hell be back and never return. It took the company about 9 months to give me a key to my side door even though I had submitted about 3 requests total. There is still an electrical issue with my bathroom lights. However, I figured out a trick that keeps them on as long as something is plugged in my room. Nonetheless noone returned to actually fix the issue I asked about parking upon finding out that my neighbor had moved out. Went out of my way to ask my other neighbor's if they would be okay with it. They happily agreed and when I called Tim he stated he'll get back to me. It took him about a month and I called jus

I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with Alliance Property Management. The management was beyond my worst expectations. Every time an issue arose in my apartment, getting them to address it promptly was an uphill battle. The maintenance was consistently low, and their customer service was of the poorest quality. Attempting to report problems was an exercise in frustration, as it seemed like they had no interest in addressing issues in a timely manner. Worse still, when I called to complain, it was as if they intentionally avoided answering my calls. Upon moving out, I left my apartment in pristine condition, yet they still charged me for cleaning services. I promptly sent them an email to address this unjust charge, but to my dismay, I never received a response, despite multipl
