Use Kansas Title in leavenworth if you are in the LV/Lansing area. They are professional. I was literally just hung up on by alliance because they said it's end of the month and don't have time to help me. Not what you want to hear the week you're supposed to close on a home. Not to mention being hung up on...hard to believe places can do that to their customers and remain open. I've never had a problem with Kansas title but used alliance due to realtor recommendation. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

I would highly recommend using this title company!! I have bought and sold a few houses and I have never worked with a title company that cares as much as they do. Brooke went extremely out of her way to help my mom sell/purchase her new home. Long story short there was multiple issues that caused the money not to fund on the same day. Brooke agreed to meet us after hours and explain everything. She went out of her way to reach out to the sellers of our new home to let them know it had nothing to do with my mom and the money was pending and it would be delivered on Monday. This was a Friday evening and she stayed 2+ hours after closing to make sure everyone was on the same page, and we were all prepared to officially close on Monday!!
