Alley 111 Apartments

Stopped by Alley 111 Apartments and had a great experience from the start. Jitka welcomed us right away with water and coffee, which was a really nice touch. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to walk us through not just the apartment, but also the monthly rent and ballpark utility costs, which made everything much clearer four our budget. The whole visit felt relaxed, informative, and not a waste of time in our apartment search. We left with a really positive impression of the community.

We had a wonderful experience working with Jitka while helping our son find his new apartment in downtown Bellevue. From day one, she was incredibly helpful—from the initial video tour to answering every single question we had along the way. She was always patient, responsive, and thorough, making the entire process smooth and stress-free for us as parents. Jitka provided clear guidance at every step, from application to lease signing and move-in, and we truly appreciated the care and attention she gave to all the details. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing our son would be living in a well-managed, safe, and friendly community. The location is prime—right in downtown Bellevue—close to major companies, shopping malls, high-end restaurants, hospital, and plenty of quick food options.

I found my perfect home here! From the very first video tour to signing the lease and moving in, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Jitka, David, and AJ were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their communication and support made a big difference during the whole process. Fantastic experience thus far. Management/maintenance is accessible, FAST, and ALWAYS transparent (all of them!!). Lobby is safe (with multiple entrances, so you dont have to let waiters in). Rooftop is almost always open, looks great, is always free (unless you want to reserve for privacy), and often unoccupied. Weirdly great view from our mid-level unit. Outstanding access to local coffee (story 🙏), bakeries, and the 2-line station is easily walkable. Unit itself is reasonably priced, with adequate space (this IS Bellevue lol), and a very modern finish (love the industrial interior). Management does almost monthly events/sponsorships which I like seeing posted in the elevators. We've never had a package stolen or any big mail-room issues (sometimes our packages can be difficult to locate

My husband and I lived at Alley 111 for almost a year and we just renewed for another 13months. We have nothing but best things to say about Alley 111. David, Jitka, AJ are always so helpful since day one. They definitely make the experience living here even more enjoyable. Not only that, the gym, rooftop common area are always clean and modern, we really don’t need to leave our apartment if you don’t have to. We always recommend living here!
