As another review said. This place has gone downhill recently. I had a drug user that would constantly argue and make excessive noise above me. Police called multiple times for him. Police had to come multiple times for parties that go until early morning on weekends. Arthur the manager left and since has been bad. New building but power and internet goes out way more than it should. Don't expect a response for any problems you might ne having

I lived here for three years and it was a great time. Clean building, quiet neighbors, great location, everything included in the rent (including parking and internet!) I only moved because work took me to the other end of the state. Arthur was always very respectful and available, anytime I needed help the landlords were there. and in my three years the rent was very stable. I highly recommend Allentown Apts.

Beautiful apartments, great building management. This place is a dream, spacious bathrooms look like a hotels, with a heated towel rack.The bedrooms have balcony and on-site laundry and storage room. Everything is modern and brand NEW! Utilities included even internet.

Beautiful, clean, extremely well maintained. Amazing property management that continuously updates amenities. Great, friendly landlord that goes above and beyond. What more could you ask for?
