Allegro Towers

We haven’t moved in yet, but I would like to share a brief review based on our communication so far. After receiving a response to our initial inquiry (not instant, but that seems to be a common situation), the entire process—from selecting the apartment to signing the lease—took only about three days. During that period, the communication was fast, clear, and consistent, which we truly appreciated. We would also like to give special thanks to their leasing specialist, Amayrani Caro Hernandez, for her professionalism, responsiveness, and support throughout the process. Overall, our experience so far has been very positive, and we’re looking forward to moving in.

Had a really solid experience with the leasing team at Allegro. The out of state move was stressful, but Lamarr and the leasing team helped us get into our new home, and we're very thankful and excited to be here.

Lived here for three years and can't say enough good things about the place! Had to move out of town for work or I would have stayed for longer. Clean, the maintenance is extremely responsive, and the walls are concrete so the place is quiet as hell compared to most places I've lived. Lots of the tenants here live here for 5-10 years, and it can be hard to get into, but worth the wait. Sarah the manager was always easy to work with, and Jack and Lynn at the front desk were always there to greet with a smile. Allegro is probably the best place to live in Little Italy, especially at this price point.

DO NOT DO DELIVERIES HERE. The folks that live here, typically are incredibly condescending and don’t tip. They will report you for any sort of communication about finding their apartment or being careful about where to leave their order. Be careful, multiple horrible customers live here.

Everything is falling apart inside the apartment, and outside as well. They've been saying that they'll fix the parking lot for years, and nothing was done. There are huge cracks in the walls and everytime it rains, water just pours down and floors every floor of the underground parking. The flood creating dangerous conditions for the tenants and their cars. I've honestly never imagined that I'll live in a place that charges thousands of dollars a month, yet there's water pouring through the CONCRETE ceiling everytime it rains. 🤯I have video of the damage but it's not letting me post them for some reason.
