Allegro Apartments

I lived here from 2017-2020 and I loved living here. Debbie is the sweetest manager and does a really good job taking care of the apartments and her tenants. The building is wired for Google fiber internet which is insanely fast (although they increased their prices from what it was originally). The apartment I lived in is getting renovated from carpet to hardwood floors which I'm jealous I didn't get to have. It's a great location with access to lots of restaurants, short walk to Burke Gilman trail, and can walk to UW or Gas Works really easily. The 49/70 bus stop is just around the corner which will take you to cap hill, south lake union or downtown. And the 31/32 to Fremont and the 44 to Ballard are just 3 blocks away. Debbie and her wonderful staff made our 2 years at Allegro so enjoyable. Debbie was always available and enthusiastic to help in any way to make our stay enjoyable. Our family felt safe at Allegro and it always felt like coming home when Debbie and her staff would greet us. Debbie was attentive to any need and was always proactive.The other tenants are very quiet and respectful. The apartments are clean and well maintained. It was like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the University District with all the amenities at our front door. I would highly recommend this apartment building.

I loved staying here! Debbie is wonderful, and always happy to answer my questions. They’re in office Mon-Sat which is nice for asking questions. Great location (close to bus to seattle, fremont, light rail, walk to Trader Joe’s, UW). Charming front entrance with pretty sofas where visitors can wait. Building feels safe, packages are stored directly to the main office, haven’t seen people loitering near the entrance. Need to fob into the building. Offered a month by month option after 9 month lease, which is a nice transition to find a new place. No maintenance issues. Neighbors are quiet and walls are thick enough, so noise has never been an issue. Occasionally you can hear footsteps above. No AC but there are ceiling fans, only really felt hot in July/August. Great place to stay. Stayed with my guy post heart transplant per university of Washington medical. Loved it. ❤️
