All I can say is that I wish that I’ve done some research about this company. This company is a big joke and laughable. The property management Cindy is a joke, if you bring up things about, problems or concerns to her she will just laugh and say deal with it. Also the maintenance guys are lazy and nothing gets done. When you submit a maintenance request in they take weeks or even months to get there to see what's wrong and later they will just forget about the problem and tell you to submit another request So my story I’ll try to keep short. 2023, When I first moved in they didn't tell me that the last person who lived in the apartment that I am currently living in was infested with cockroaches and other stuff. They also stated that they have cleaned the apartment which was never cleane
Property management? Laughable. Having dealt with two different entities during my time in one apartment, I'd think it's far more accurate to describe their mission statement as a business entity somewhere along the lines of "We will further exploit the underserved. We are essentially prison guards and if the population in the low-income facilities we administrate don't like our heavy-handed tactics, they deserve to be homeless." It's understandable to strive to provide safety and respect for housing complexes, but it's entirely different when an LLC can threaten actual homelessness at the drop of a hat if you inconvenience the manager of a given property with whatever their "trigger" happens to be. I can only assume the entirety of staff gets a twisted thrill from knowing they can make yo
This company is a joke....period! Don't waste your time here! I worked with Madisyn Haas here and was disappointed from day one. I was offered an apt and excitedly accepted to be told days later I was ineligible due to my age. I discussed this with Madisyn Haad and asked how this huge mistake was overlooked and received an attitude from her because of expressing my concerns. I was then offered another apt in Norwalk WI. Putting the past mistakes behind me I excitedly accepted the new offered apt and had to jump through hoops of paperwork.....paperwork that I already completed with this company! I was told all was good and I would receive a letter from the property manager at Norcrest Property in Norwalk to discuss intake. The letter never came. After emailing Madisyn Haas 6 times about sa
These guys are the worst., do not rent from these guys. I have a buddy who has recently moved out and they are glad they did. I have another buddy who has been there for a while and wants to leave they don't care about anybody's safety. There is an individual who has a bad mental state and they wont do anything because he not a threat. How is screaming, hollering, banging on things also jiggling on peoples doors not a safety issue. They need to be investigated. God this place needs new owners. They don't care about your safety DO NOT RENT FROM this COMPANY
My fiancé and I just went through an experience with this company. We were trying to rent in a WI location. They failed to originally mention my fiancé and I needed separate applications due to us not being married. They had all my fiancé's' information on my application. It was a back and forth thing for a couple weeks. I thought when we were looking at the apartment we were meeting with someone from management but it was the head of maintenance. Then last week, Monday 5/9/22 I found out instead of signing the lease the following Sunday we could do it that Thursday 5/12/22. By Wednesday I had the utilities changed over to my name and the cashier's check for the security deposit. I left work to go get my fiancé to sign the least and had an email from the landlord asking if I was there for
