Could be better if only the kids would go in when it's curfew for the past 3 months almost everyday straight they play kickball right outside my window till I miss 1:00 in the morning and screaming and hooting and hollering and it's annoying with school getting ready to start and these kids are anywhere from 7:00 to 13 14 years old Don't live anywhere near my building but yet the constables don't do anything I feel if they would do something it would stop but it's just a constant battle tryin to teach these children up here a little home training besides that it's gotten a lot quieter there's no shooting anymore where I live I have great neighbors very friendly very helpful when I need them I will say maintenance sucks they don't come unless you call 15 times I've had random things that ne

Let's see, furnace doesn't work and when you call them it takes almost months to a year for them to fix anything. My mum's hours were cut and instead of making our rent lower they raised it, and if you call any place for help the manager has friends everywhere and threatens to kick you out if you call them again. maintenance just drive around in there little carts and hides so they don't work, and not one manager tells them to work. I have a huge crack along the side of my door and I told management about it and nothing. Whwn it's cold outside the cold air literally comes in the window frame and so it gets colder in my apartment. I know they will threaten to kick me and my mum out cause of this, but it needs to be said.

Horrible area. Filled with crime. Dirty and disgusting. Dumpsters over full and the buildings look run down in disrepair. As a rideshare driver I try to avoid going into this area. Very dangerous I suggest you stay away.
