All Valley Property Inspection Service Lic. No. 6241

I made multiple calls last Friday to schedule a home inspection for a house I was purchasing for my parents. Juan responded on the first call and made time the same day to schedule an inspection for me. Juan's pricing was very reasonable and he was flexible in letting me pay online for the inspection (as I was out of the Valley last week). Juan completed the inspection quickly and provided a thorough inspection report within days of completing the inspection. The inspection report covered all items discussed ahead of time, and noted many items that I myself had not observed during my own inspection of the house. I would happily use Juan E. Martinez' company, All Valley Property Inspection again for future home purchases. Thanks again sir!

Highly recommend! As a first time home buyer, Mr.Martinez answered any and every question. He walked us through and detailed to us what needed to be fixed or repaired. He made the inspection experience feel like he was purchasing the property with us. 100 stars if I could.

We had our home inspected and there were some comments on the report that were “his opinion, or might need to be taken care of” I thought home inspectors were supposed to report real issues not opinions. I do not recommend this company

Chatted with this individual and found very quickly he is not moral. I highly recommend calling someone else.
