All Star

My son is an Army war veteran, he has 2 big dogs that are companions and help with his PTSD. So we had to say we had big dogs on our applications, I’m sorry to say we were not getting help from management companies there in Spokane . That was so frustrating, until we applied with All Star property management. They were understanding and helped us find the right place for us. All of the big real estate companies did not have an offer for us. So I say thank you to G and Tammy. God bless you and thanks again.

I found the perfect place on their website, and within minutes of contacting All Star via email, G sent me a message on how to proceed with seeing the place and applying. I then contacted Tammy who was incredibly accommodating and adjusted her schedule to meet me within the hour. Not only did she show me the place, but she was so cool that I felt really comfortable renting from a company that values her as an employee. I had an all-around great experience!

Updating my review, the original is posted below. I had to take All Star to small claims in order to get my security deposit. It was an open and shut case. They did pay the settlement in a timely manner, but the fact that they paid with 59 checks at $10 each should show you what kind of people run this company. Read the reviews - steer clear! Rent went from $800 to $1225 when this company took over the house I lived in for 7 years. They were extremely slow to address sewage backup in the house (over 10 days, my neighbor and I called repeatedly), and ignored requests to fix the 20 year old water heater, caked with calcium deposits, and only one functioning element. They didn't tell the property owners when I gave notice about moving out - I had to find their contact info and tell them myse

I have had the pleasure to do business with All Star Property management on multiple occasions. Tammy is your first contact when contacting this company, I could not have picked a better individual! She is very personable and easy to talk to. I first contacted the management company with interest on one property, Tammy made an extra effort to show me multiple properties without a blink of an eye. Hopefully this will inspire, help, and or just give directions to people that need assistance… I have been looking for a rental property for sometime. I contacted all star property management… Tammy was the first contact and has been the most amazing person giving me all of the information that I have needed. She has been translucence with the application process the fact that the application cost does not go to the Company. It doesn’t fact go to another company called Acrenet. So all of the other discrimination of the company taking the application money makes me believe that is all untrue. I do believe she goes way over beyond and out of her way to help people find their rental home. This is why I believe she deserves a five star recommendation! I will always recommend her to any fam
