Joey was fantastic! I chose All Pro Home Inspections to investigate a condo I want to buy. I am so happy I chose this company. I called Joey and he responded right away to schedule a time to meet. Joey was early for the appointment, courteous, and respectful of the property which was tenant owned. He has very thorough and honest about his findings as well as his opinions. He made things easy for me to understand which will help me make a decision on moving forward on this investment property. I highly recommend All Pro Home Inspection. Joey is extremely thorough, professional, and punctual. He does not rush through an inspection, we have used him multiple times within my family and I can honestly say his professionalism and knowledge in the field gave us piece of mind when buying our homes. He spends a lot of time examining every detail of the home. I honestly felt very confident that we knew exactly what we were purchasing.

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Joey, he was very professional and knowledgeable. We have bought other properties and had inspections before but the report we received from Joey is by far the best. The report included pictures and descriptions of every item tested as well as general pictures helping to show the complete story of the state of the property. An issue was found with the shower and with this detailed support we were able to get a credit from the seller without any issues. In addition to the very detailed report Joey was very timely and flexible to meet our needs. He even cane out a second time to see if the sellers had corrected an issue. All around I would strongly recommend him and hope to have him work with us on other projects.
