Sandy Price the owner lied to me and told me "you cannot put in an offer on this house" which made no sense considering it was on the market for sell. I called another real estate agent and put in my offer and bought the house. Later I found out she was biasedly helping her friend buy the house, she simply could have said I've helped someone else put in an offer and I would feel conflicted working with you instead she chose to lie to me and almost cost me the home I wanted that I need for a large family like mine...I would not recommend All Points Real Estate to anyone EVER

Sandy Price is a liar and a slumlord. She made up false statements and accusations in order to force us to move so she could purchase our rental. She was very rude and tried to be a bully every chance she thought she could. In my opinion, I would never rent or purchase any property from her due to the regular pattern of deceitful practices.

We had a scheduled visit of a home and she didn't bother to show up, or call to say she couldn't make it. I reccomend Joy Kingsbury, or Priscilla Davidson. We called Priscilla as we were sitting in the driveway, stood up by Sandy at All Points, and Priscilla dropped everything to come meet us! Seriously wouldn't waste your time with All Points Real Estate.

If possible i would leave 0 stars, not only was Sandy late by 30 minutes to show the property when the appointment was scheduled at her convenience she bold face lied to me stating "I could not put in an offer on the property" that I called another realtor and put in an offer immediately. I wouldn't recommend this realtor to anyone.

Joy Kingsbury is awesome! I am thankful for her spending time with me and my husband, helping us to find just the right home to make a wonderful start to our life's memories.
