Ruben and his team maintain my Venetian Bay condo as I live in Maryland. I couldn't ask for a more responsible group of people. Ruben is always so kind and helpful and his staff is eager to please! It lets me rest easy knowing that they are there in any situation!

The cleaning service is fantastic. We use them for our Airbnb and have consistently received five star ratings for cleanliness. Also, Ruben is always on top of things to maintain our condo.

0 stars is what I actually give this company. Nobody ever picks up the phone, I had a refrigerator installation appointment scheduled and the technician, Ruben, texts me 6 minutes after he was suppose to arrive that he was having a bit of a delay but was on his way. That’s no problem, so I wait for him. 2 hours later, he does not show up, he ignores my phone calls and texts to his personal cell phone, and nobody picks up the company phone when I called. Whoever gave this company anything above a 1 star review is either an employee or was offered some incentives for future services because the reviews on Amazon are a more accurate representation of what you will endure if you decide to use this company. This company is not reliable, and they are not there when you need them. STAY AWAY FROM

Great work, reasonably priced. Ruben has been servicing my townhouses for four years now. He’s trustworthy and always works to my instructions and keeps to my budget. Very important for overseas owners. Thanks Ruben
