All Florida property management has been good to me and husband . All requests and complaints regarding the rental home issue are solved . Miss Terri has been good to us. She is approachable and accomodating. My one year rental experience with the management are great. I would recommend all Florida property.

All Florida Properties has been a blessing to us for the past 14 years. The staff are very approachable and easy to have a conversation with. They are very responsible in keeping us and our tenants satisfied with the prompt maintenance of the property if and when an event occurs. All Florida Properties does an excellent job for us and I would recommend them to anyone who is serious about having their property managed by a company. They are the ones that will to do it - properly.

I don't typically give bad reviews, but based on my disappointment I want to share my opinion. My wife and I recently stayed at the 1800 Atlantic Avenue condo complex with our in-laws (total 4 people). We rented a 2 bedroom unit on the fourth floor. Found the place to be clean but also a little run-down. Upon walking into the unit we caught the scent of a moldy poor ventilated smell. No matter how much Lysol we sprayed we could not get the stench out. This was really disappointing. The pool area was nice but was not located conveniently to the condo since we had to walk through the dirty parking garage every time we wanted to access the pool. Beds were not comfortable at all and besides a small bar of soap don't expect much else in terms of toiletries. Although we made this unit w

I originally hired the company to take care of the house because they were right down the road and I thought that the proximity would make it easier. After some issues with addresses and emails, everything seemed to be ok for the first few months. However, after all is said and done... I never received the original lease due to the addressing problems and when i asked about it my email was ignored. I also asked for pictures of the property since I had a contractor fix it up after I moved out. Those emails also got ignored. I had a hard time getting the property manager to respond to any of my emails, and when I asked the assistant to help, she said shed have the property manager email me. In reading the three posted reviews from "Google User", I have to note that this is obviously someone who has a deep seated grudge against this property management company. The comments are entirely unreasonable and sound to me to be completely unjustified. I strongly suspect that this renter or tenant has broken one or more of the clauses in a rental agreement and when approached to make good on the contract, either refused or responded with a spittle laced attack upon the agency. My experiences with All Florida Properties have been entirely positive. From the friendly greetings and helpful answers to general questions by the receptionist, Terri, and subsequently, in my dealings with Judi Maiorani, the realtor with whom I was working on sourcing a rental property for the winter, I can on
