Dave Theurer and his team from All County Property Management North Metro did a fabulous job managing our rental property in Horseshoe Bend. Always responsive, took our telephone calls, returned our calls promptly and addressed and resolved issues; such a pleasure to work with him. My husband and I highly recommend him!

Honesty and integrity are important when running a business and dealing with people. DO NOT expect this from All County Property Management in Alpharetta. We were lied to and taken advantage of by this company, particularly Dave, who sadly holds the title of manager. I have walked through many rentals, rental companies and landlords through the years but have never been treated this unfairly and dishonestly. Dave completely took advantage of and lied to my son and his wife. They sought his advise about the status of their lease, he advised them to find a new place to live then lied about it and proceeded to charge this young couple with a new baby and full time student dad 7000$ for breaking the lease which he advised them to do. I worked with Kevin T. and he and the rest of the staff were great to work with! Very professional and patient, especially as this was my first experience with home rentals. Kevin was always quick to respond to emails and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my crazy questions. :) Highly recommend their services!

Terrible. People. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They falsely advertise their properties and don’t respond to maintenance then serve you with eviction papers. Class action lawsuit is needed
