All County Preferred Property Management helped me with my rental property years ago. I had a good experience. They answered all my questions and took care of everything. I felt stress-free, which was really nice. I did not know much about rental back then, and I was thankful that All County Preferred Property Management and Darryl and his team were there to help me and my family. They are wonderful people.

I rented from All county preferred from July 2018-January 2020 and it was probably one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. When we moved in the place was filthy, there was things broken and not working, they were notified and there was never any repairs. When moving in the pool screens were torn and falling in, it took multiple requests and 15 weeks for them to get repaired. The refrigerator broke and it took a week to get it replaced and no compensation for the fridge full of food that was lost. They are big on central air maintenance but when I had a heating and cooling company come to service the air conditioner and they reported the system was old, not functioning properly, and full of dangerous mold they put the responsibility on the homeowner to choose to replace it. This is my first ever negative google review. I was referred to this company. I’m not happy with the services promised by All County Preferred to manage my property. Nothing went smooth from the start. Wrong instructions on lock box missed out on first 4 showings. My property didn’t post to Zillow for the first 2 weeks. Horrible online pictures. I was told that agents showing my property would get half of first month in commission (should have been 1225.00) the online commission showed $375.00 in commission. I cancelled my contract and then it was changed to half. This very much limited showings from real estate agents. And now I’m not being refunded my repairs fund ($250.00) because I didn’t do my due diligence and read the fine print. Termination fee is 250.00. How about a follow up

Our experience with this team has been phenomenal! After dealing with a prior property management company, whose name will rename anonymous, we decided to do it on our own. However, this team came highly recommended and after our first meeting, we were convinced that we'd made the right choice and we haven't look back.
