UPDATED REVIEW: This management company requires tenants to leave a positive review in exchange for a discount on move-in fees, which is extremely unethical. It feels like they take advantage of people who are struggling to find affordable housing. Since moving in, my neighbor and I have dealt with ongoing rodent and roach issues. The company expects rent to be paid on time, yet fails to maintain basic living conditions. Multiple maintenance requests submitted through the portal have gone unanswered, and my neighbor has experienced the same neglect. The property itself is in poor condition. The floors are peeling because paint was applied directly over wood flooring, leaving cracks that make it difficult to even sweep. The basement foundation is deteriorating, paint is peeling throughout

Dealing with this company as a renter was an absolute nightmare. The building I lived in was not maintained at all—mold in the shower, stained carpet, writing on the walls, leaking ceilings, and windows that were so far past the need for replacement that on windy days, my blinds would shake & plants would fall out of the window sill with the window closed. The neighbors were bringing in pests, which also were not treated properly. The maintenance person for the property was really helpful, but there was only so much he could do. I called and sent emails several times to the office, and of course, no issues were ever fixed. Extremely terrible with communication, never answered emails, never did inspections at the property, did not give me my laundry and mail key until I had to ask the maint

Got an apartment to be close to family. Apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. Mold around tub and near sinks. Water moisture damage in all the same areas. Carpet cleaned but stained. Not new. Walls not cleaned. Ceiling shows signs of water leak. A/c was filthy and not working. They finally replaced. Flood happened by second month after it happened to next door. Maintenance fixed but mentioned it was installed wrong around toilet. Ruined my thingsin closet and smell on dirty rug unable to remove. Ceiling never fixed after repair. Never sufficient parking. New parking repairs basically spray painted tar. Sad mess here. Too many angry tenants plus multiple, regular car break-ins. Property management is unfriendly. Big mistake moving here. Never again.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life, renting with these people. They take money off the application for your 5 star review. Little did I know I would be getting a 0 star experience. When I moved in, washer and dryer were improperly hooked up and flooded my entire house. Wasn’t fixed for weeks. Kitchen sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain for a good month or more of living there. They said they’d discount my rent because of this and didn’t. I have rodents running around my house. They never fixed this issue. I had to take it upon myself to get traps and caught 6 so far. Bathroom floor leaks water through floor boards. All my floors are lifted because of all the water damage. This issue has yet to be fixed. New owners bought our property and used this management again
